DOMO’S CUSTOMS — BULK BUY & WHOLESALE POLICY

Welcome to Domo’s Customs, proudly presented by Willingham’s LLC! We offer custom apparel, DTF prints, personalized clothing, and sneaker-inspired streetwear designs for individuals, groups, businesses, events, and resellers.

We welcome bulk orders and are committed to delivering quality products, unique designs, and professional service.

1. Bulk Order Minimums

Bulk orders generally begin at 25 pieces.
Orders of 25–50 pieces are welcome.
Orders exceeding 50 pieces may qualify for additional volume discounts.
Minimum quantities may vary depending on the product, garment type, and printing requirements.

Please contact us for a custom quote if your order does not meet the standard minimum.

2. Bulk Pricing & Discounts

Bulk pricing depends on the quantity ordered, garment selection, design complexity, print size, number of print locations, and materials required.

Larger orders may qualify for discounted per-item pricing. All discounts and quoted prices must be confirmed by Domo’s Customs before payment.

Custom quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices may change if the order specifications change.

3. Custom Designs & Artwork

We create custom apparel and original streetwear concepts, including designs inspired by upcoming sneaker releases and coordinated His & Hers collections.

Customers must approve the design proof, colors, sizes, and quantities before production begins.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees and production delays. Customers must have the rights or permission to use any artwork, logos, or images they supply.

Sneaker-inspired designs are independently created and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Nike or Jordan Brand.

4. Payment Requirements

Full payment is required before production begins unless different terms are agreed upon in writing.

For large or specially sourced orders, a deposit may be required if stated in the written quote. Any deposit amount, remaining balance, and payment deadlines will be disclosed before payment.

Production will not begin until the required payment and final design approval have been received.

5. Production & Turnaround Times

Production times vary based on order size, garment availability, design approval, and printing requirements.

Estimated turnaround times will be provided with your quote. Production timelines begin after payment and final approval are received.

Shipping and delivery times are separate from production times. Delays caused by supplier shortages, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the estimated completion date.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review all order details carefully before approving your bulk order.

Once production or custom material preparation begins, cancellations and changes may be limited. Customers may be responsible for costs already incurred, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed when ordering.

7. Returns, Refunds & Defective Items

Because bulk orders may include custom-made apparel and personalized designs, approved custom products generally cannot be returned simply because a customer changes their mind.

However, we want every customer to receive the products they ordered. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, reprinting, or refund where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that customers have under applicable law. Please review our separate Return & Refund Policy for additional terms.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated according to order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping service unless otherwise stated in your quote.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and Domo’s Customs is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

9. Resellers & Business Orders

Boutiques, organizations, event planners, teams, and other businesses are welcome to request bulk pricing.

Resale orders, recurring orders, and large-volume projects may qualify for individually negotiated pricing and terms. Wholesale arrangements must be approved by Domo’s Customs in writing.
