All shirts and hoodies are pressed after an order is placed. Production begins after checkout and may require processing time before shipment.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, sizes, and details accurately. Actual colors, print placement, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment characteristics, and the printing process.

Product photographs and digital mockups may be used to illustrate a design. Please read each product description carefully to confirm the garment type, size, color, and items included in your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct product description errors, update designs, limit quantities, or discontinue products, subject to applicable law and existing order obligations.

3. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inaccurate product information, inventory limitations, or an inability to fulfill the order, subject to applicable law.

An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean your order has shipped.

Please review your order details carefully before submitting payment. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Because our garments are pressed after ordering, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production begins.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. Such changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order except as permitted by law.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout when required. Orders may not be processed until payment authorization is completed.

5. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

All shirts and hoodies are pressed after an order is placed. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Estimated processing times and shipping options will be provided on our website or at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you discover an address error. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly, contact us so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND SIZE EXCHANGES

Eligible size exchanges may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the item meets the requirements in our published return policy.

Items generally must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.

Because our apparel is pressed after an order is placed, returns due solely to a change of mind or buyer's remorse are generally not accepted. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise legally eligible orders will be handled in accordance with our published policy and applicable law.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs for approved size exchanges, subject to our policy and applicable law.

7. PRODUCT CARE

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their garments. Proper care helps preserve the quality of the garment and its printed design.

Submitting custom artwork does not transfer ownership of our original designs to you. Purchasing a product does not grant you permission to reproduce or resell our designs commercially.
